Card readers and other electro-mechanical modules are shipped to Techzam by your preferred carrier, repaired in our facility in Camarillo, California and returned.  All tests and repairs are conducted in a secure, static controlled environment. Repaired items are functionally tested before being packed for shipment. Techzam has also an exchange program if needed for time-critical repairs.
